Hawaiian Shave Ice is an ice-based dessert, so it might be confused for a fancy sno-cone, but it is so much more!

• We begin with a generous scoop of premium ice-cream in the bottom of a decorative serving cup

• Pile it high with finely shaved ice

• Add up to three exotic syrup flavorings

• Top the moutain of goodness with a "snow-cap" of sweetened condensed milk.

 

Notice this is not crushed ice.  Sno-cones are made with crushed ice, and the syrup often just drains to the bottom of the cone.  Our shave ice produces a very fine ice that is the consistency of actual snow.  This extremely fine texture absorbs the syrup flavoring all throughout the desert.
